Incident Management 


Incidents refer to unscheduled maintenance or breakdowns. As soon as such an event occurs it can be recorded on the System. Unscheduled events are escalated immediately when they are recorded.

All Incidents, along with Overdue scheduled events, appear on the Administrator dashboard until they are resolved.


An unscheduled maintenance event can be categorised by reason. Reasons can be fire, accidents, tolerance deviations, breakdowns, requested maintenance and many more.

Incident History

A complete history of all Incidents are kept centrally and can be correlated to Components scheduled maintenance Planned history events.
